He received the Williams N. Kinnard Jr. Phd. award from the Education Trust of the Appraisal Institute for excellence in education in 1992 and was the 1997 recipient of the Real Estate Man of the Year Award from the Long Island Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
Gary is a Certified General Appraiser and a licensed Real Estate Salesman in the State of New York.
